Transaction Acceptance Framework

Structured Engagement Standard

1. Overview

Bassel Group operates under a structured, compliance-driven framework governing all transaction engagement, evaluation, and execution processes.

All transactions are subject to internal review prior to any formal engagement, allocation, or progression.

This framework is designed to ensure alignment with international banking standards, operational feasibility, and disciplined execution across all transactions.

Bassel Group engages selectively in transactions that meet defined structural and institutional criteria.

2. Engagement Principle

Transaction engagement is not initiated by inquiry alone.

Engagement is established only where the proposed transaction demonstrates structural clarity, commercial viability, procedural alignment, and financial readiness.

All interactions are assessed within a disciplined execution framework rather than on an opportunistic or exploratory basis.

3. Transaction Qualification Criteria

Transactions are considered for progression where the counterparty demonstrates:

Clearly defined product, quantity, and delivery structure

Alignment with standard international trade practices

Banking capability consistent with the proposed transaction model

Professional communication and decision-making capacity

Ability to proceed within defined timelines and procedural discipline

Bassel Group prioritizes execution-ready transactions over exploratory or non-committal engagement.

4. Structural Alignment

All transactions must align with Bassel Group’s structured transaction model.

This includes:

  • Defined roles and contractual clarity between all parties
  • Transparent and documented commercial structure
  • Full alignment with compliance, AML/KYC, and international trade standards
  • Consistency with agreed operational and financial procedures

Transactions that do not align with structured execution principles are not progressed.

5. Pre-Engagement Compliance Review

Prior to engagement, all transactions are subject to internal compliance screening.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Counterparty credibility assessment
  • Sanctions and risk screening
  • Transaction structure evaluation
  • Documentation and procedural integrity review

Engagement is initiated only upon successful internal alignment.

6. Non-Progression Conditions

Bassel Group does not proceed with transactions that do not align with its internal standards and framework.

This includes, without limitation:

  • Requests inconsistent with the defined transaction structure
  • Attempts to alter core commercial terms outside agreed parameters
  • Engagement without demonstrated financial readiness
  • Repeated delays, unclear communication, or lack of decision capability
  • Requests that conflict with compliance, documentation, or procedural standards

Additionally, requests for any form of pre-contractual evidentiary materials, including but not limited to past performance documentation or verification-related materials, prior to the establishment of appropriate banking instruments acceptable to Bassel Group, are not considered within our transaction structure.

Non-aligned transactions are not escalated or reconsidered.

7. Execution Discipline

All accepted transactions are executed under strict procedural and documentation discipline.

This includes:

  • Defined transaction timelines
  • Controlled documentation flow
  • Compliance-aligned execution steps
  • Institutional-level coordination across all involved parties

Execution integrity is considered a non-negotiable component of all transactions.

8. Institutional Positioning

Bassel Group operates on a selective engagement basis.

The objective is not transaction volume, but transaction quality, certainty, and execution capability.

All transactions are approached as structured processes rather than isolated commercial opportunities.

Final Statement

Bassel Group reserves the right to accept, decline, or discontinue any transaction at its sole discretion, in alignment with its internal standards, compliance framework, and execution principles.
