All customer validations and preliminary approvals are first obtained by our Authorized Strategic Partners and subsequently submitted to us. Parties are required to contact the relevant Authorized Strategic Partner as the primary point of communication. In cases where the Authorized Strategic Partner cannot be reached, communications must be resent to the relevant Authorized Strategic Partner while including us in copy (cc) only.
Purchase Requests & Official Contact Channels
Bassel® processes all purchase requests exclusively through its Authorized Strategic Partner network. In cases where issues are encountered with the relevant Authorized Strategic Partner or communication cannot be established, parties must resend their inquiry to the respective Authorized Strategic Partner while including Bassel® in copy (cc) only, without bypassing the Authorized Strategic Partner framework.
